I bought these pants as a spare for a fishing trip in South America as my Colombian pants were a bit tight. I ended up wearing them almost every day! They sit high on the waist, which I quickly got used to. Two zippered cargo pockets on the hips are the ticket idea! These bags were extremely useful when traveling as I could keep my cash, ID or phone safe and not have to worry about pickpocketing or losing anything along the way. I'm wearing them as shorts to work this summer and I can't get over how comfortable they are! I had no problems with the material and they correspond to the description. I ordered XXL and they fit my size 16W Columbia.
