DiTO 9 Color Glitter Sun Eyeshadow Palette. This eyeshadow palette offers a wide range of matte, shimmer and pearly shades with some really stunning but with shades that seem to be mostly the same. The 4 matte shades have decent color payoff. There are 3 pearly/shimmery shades that blend easily and 2 glitters. The trays are the same size, about an inch in diameter. if you're looking for shimmer and pearls and get your primary colors from a different palette. But with these colors, you can just use it instead of throwing everything away because it's obsolete. I've tried every shade and while some are better than others, the whole set is worth the price. They blend very easily and I really think they are pigments and not regular eyeshadows. Pigment can stain eyelids, so it's best to use foundation to protect your skin. Some glitters and shimmers are best applied with your fingertips - the brush just can't pick them up unless you use a damp brush. With it you can create many different looks and the quality is much better than Morphe and NYX. They are made in China, but most cosmetics these days are. I really like this palette and have not had any irritation or issues with any of the colors so far.
