I only buy tempered glass screen protectors. They are very durable and much easier to apply than flimsy plastic. I bought my husband a new iPad Pro and immediately ordered a protective film. I followed the standard advice of taking a steam bath (definitely minimizes those tiny dust particles)! I cleaned the screen with the cloth that came with it and it was crystal clear. Peel off the backing from one end, line it up on the screen, and then peel off the rest of the backing. I could see it sticking to the screen and all but two small bubbles disappeared. The scraper finished them off and then peeled off the front foil - the perfect finish!
