It's hard to believe that the reviewer actually criticized this product for not being warm enough or soft enough. Maybe not warm enough for -50 degree weather. It is extremely soft to the touch. No questions about that. IT IS VERY WARM AND VERY SOFT. This scarf is well made, a lovely color and pretty much matches the color shown online and is great for indoor use when your neck is cold and you are on top of your electric bills, and outdoor when it is around the inside of a Jacket is wrapped COMPLAINTS - GREAT VALUE AND FEELING - BUY IT!
