The best part is that they were able to get me a price very quickly. They also did not charge me extra when I needed more work done than was originally quoted. There really isn't anything bad about them but it would be nice if there could have been some communication once we made contact between each other regarding payment. It's hard getting estimates from contractors these days because people don't give good ones anymore. This one gave us a fair estimate and completed all our requests without any problems at all. The customer support is amazing! They will always respond to your needs or concerns quickly (even over weekends). I have never had any issues working through them - they're very professional but also personable when needed/requested by me as well as my clients. Their workmanship has been excellent so far; no surprises there at all. It's great that their rates aren't too expensive either since we don't want our customers paying more than necessary just because it was such good value from us.
