I feel great taking this

. I have researched the benefits of amino acid supplementation for cellular rejuvenation, particularly for muscle tissue. I had double jaw surgery in September 2020 and my facial muscles suffered a lot. In fact, they had to be reattached, which took a long time, so the muscle fatigue was severe. Now that I'm off the liquid diet, I've decided to take an amino acid daily to aid in my recovery. The benefits of most supplements take months to see significant changes, but in the last week I really feel like my energy levels have gone up and muscle fatigue has decreased. I have to do a 6 month recap to share my progress but so far so good. The only downside I have is the size of the pill, it's big and difficult for me to swallow because of the surgery. To make it easier I halved the pill, no big deal.
