This is made for a quick aromatherapy "pick me up" or is to be used as part of a treatment in salons or healing sessions. Simply apply a drop or two of essential oil, let it soak a few minutes and hold it up to the nose and sniff. It's advisable to stick with only one type of oil per block because you will never get the smell completely out of it and they can be reused countless times. Great little mental clarity aid, great for mediation too. They get my ultra rare 5 star rating.
