It was a mess. The instructions were easy to follow. It's easy to use. However, it makes a mess. Because its wax is difficult to clean. If I continued to use the product I would do it in my garden so I don't have anything to clean. The wax removed my hair, but not all of it, and I had to do multiple passes. However, he ended up deleting it. If you don't know what to expect or what you're doing, it can be difficult to get the wax out of the bowl and onto the area you want to wax.
