Review on 🎧 Alpatronix HX500 Wireless Earbuds - Waterproof Bluetooth Headphones with TWS Technology, Qi Charging Case, Mic and Black by Monica Johnston

Wireless charging worked flawlessly, Bluetooth pairing was quick and easy, the earbuds held firmly in the ears, but the sound was tinny and unbearable. I mostly listen to spoken word podcasts, but these headphones weren't even up to the task. I returned them within an hour of installing them. Definitely not worth the premium price paid. UPDATE: Support contacted me and although I've already returned the headphones I bought, they sent me a NEW pair. Unfortunately, while the new pair was better in terms of sound quality, longer usage revealed some other issues: GOOD: * Sound quality is pretty good now. These aren't a $150+ Jabras or AirPods, but the sound is pretty good for the price.* As I mentioned, solid customer support. My headset was replaced within a few days.* Wireless charging is VERY convenient for a product in this category and works well. Left. Not critical, but I'm used to using my right ear for things like this.* The buttons are also very stiff and difficult to press.* Other wireless headphones connect automatically when you take them out of the case, where you have to press the power buttons manually. Not critical, but it will quickly become a standard feature. BAD: * Bluetooth connectivity is not very good. I've had frequent crashes just from turning my head when the phone was in my pocket, which is NOT far enough away even for a person my height (6ft 5in) to affect reception! As much as I appreciate the customer service I cannot recommend these headphones, the cons add up to the point where they are not worth the price.
