For measuring indoor temperature in severe frost

I don't know how I cooked without her. I made a pork tenderloin roast and this tool allowed me to get it out of the oven before it was overcooked. saved the day. I also used it to take the temperature in my home during the Great Freeze when the power went out in Texas due to a mismanaged electrical grid.
