The chair is comfortable and my wife seems to like it so far. The chair itself could have received a higher rating if the packaging and shipping issues weren't bad. First it was left in the wrong house and my wife was lying in the driveway of the house about 75 yards from our house. The owner of the house had to help my wife load it into the car and then come to the house to get it out. When they saw the package weighed 57 pounds, it wasn't easy for them to move it. It wasn't difficult to assemble the chair but the instructions weren't given along with the equipment and at first I thought we just didn't get it. My wife found them in about 10 minutes. If you have a set of screwdrivers, use that instead of the small wrench that came with it as it will save time. Directions are generally very poor. After assembling it, my wife used it for 2 nights and was very satisfied. Instead of lying in bed watching TV, she now has a place to sit and watch TV in the bedroom.
