They are super attentive when dealing with us as their client! I have had problems for over 10 years now (2 different clients) - they always come back fast & solve my issues right away or within days of me contacting them directly regarding it!! No other agency will work this hard at getting things solved like silica can do. Contacted many times about billing/reimbursing etc but nothing was done until i contacted siliac myself because no one else would actually get involved till then. ! We were having an issue where our ERP system got stuck due high utilization rates which made reporting impossible so we could not bill properly nor pay people correctly hence bad cashflow situation resulting from incorrect bills going out / invoices being sent by mistake! The best thing about silicium was their customer service team! They were very professional and helpful at all times. I think they could have been more proactive with my account but not much to be honest. We are solving our accounting needs as well as helping us manage payroll for over 30 employees.
