The PG279QM is a good monitor for 240Hz, but the HDMI ports don't work properly (unusable). Currently one has to resort to replacing a DisplayPort connector (and there is only one - two in the monitor would be the solution). Use good quality, high-speed HDMI cables, including the one that came with the monitor, and none of these will fix the problem. There are 3 HMDI ports on this thing, and only one display port is active at all times (thank goodness there is at least one). There are also too many hot spots/glows in the bottom left corner of the screen. I was curious to see if it would improve over time and it didn't - still there. If this thing had a second displayport (which worked), the fact that the HDMI ports wouldn't be such a big deal (at least for me). Poorly working HDMI ports are a major downside, so as a long-time user of a Rog Swift monitor, I would NOT BUY this again due to this issue.
