I like that this is an all in one place solution for our development needs as well as other aspects of IT support (such as security monitoring). We have found it to be very easy to use. The interface is not always intuitive but once you get used to using it things are good. It does take some time to figure out how everything works together. Once you do get familiar with it though it's great! There isn't much we dislike about Coda at this point. They've been responsive when needed and their customer service has been excellent. We're solving problems related to software testing and deployment. This includes both manual tests as well as automated tests. Automation is key here because we want to minimize errors while keeping up with new releases without having to manually test them ourselves.
