Good meter, no documentation

Looks very promising. However there are 4 terminals -, + and -, + no idea in English how to use them. I used clamps with clamps on top, and closing the first two clamps increases the counter, and closing the other two clamps resets the counter. I want to use this with a water meter with pulses generated by a hall effect switch. Has anyone tried this?
