I like how adjustable this unit is. If you need light down low you can remove the tripod entirely, or you can extend it to about head high. That adjustment is very useful.On the back of one light is an AC outlet, and on the back of the other a couple of USB ports. I think typically you'd be better served with a multi-port extension cord instead (especially with something that could get tugged on resulting in the light falling over) but having the option is nice.The lights are very bright and have a good range of motion both in rotation and elevation, allowing you to either cover a wide area or direct a lot of light in one direction.The included cord is a bit shorter than I'd prefer.If left on for a while the lights do get hot.I'm not really sure why the goggles and cotton gloves were included, but added bonus I guess.
