Review on 🔪 ZWILLING J.A. Henckels 8 Inch Chef's Knife - Black by Liz Lee

All I had to do was watch my stepson approach the nutritionist's perfectly cooked Thanksgiving turkey with an "electric knife"—an Device for slicing turkey breast with chunks of turkey salad and nothing else - and I had to stop him, show him how to do better with some terrible alternatives - and ordered this. A knife can be so expensive. But after a few uses I'm sure they will. He gave my partner a $100 set of Henkels knives made in China, all with pathetic jagged edges. Exchanged yesterday for 3 handles "Classic" (under Pro, see above). She immediately saw the difference. Not really about quality, but also not about that China crap that insults the Henkels name.
