I originally ordered a black jacket in size large and surprised to see that a white one in size medium came in the mail. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a partial refund allowing me to keep the white jacket. I explained that I did not want the white color, I wanted the black one and that I had used a coupon code on the purchase and wanted to exchange the jackets so I wasn’t stuck paying more money for a mistake that they made. They ended up offering to refund me the full amount and that I could keep the white jacket which I appreciated. I then purchased the black one that I wanted and received it a few days later. After one wash, the dye in certain areas on the jacket have washed out! I’m so upset and disappointed because this jacket was SO CUTE.
