Review on AssetOptics by Chuck Chen

I like that it has all of my assets in one place and when I need to make changes they are made as soon as possible without having to contact multiple people throughout the organization. This system is not user friendly for those who aren't familiar with excel or sales force. It would be helpful if there were some training material available online so we could have more hands-on experience before attempting this program ourselves. We had issues tracking our equipment inventory throughout the year. Now that we're using this tool it's easier than ever to keep track of what we own and where it is located. There was also an issue contacting someone at the facility because we don't want to go through them every time but now we can just click on their name to send them an email directly instead of calling each individual person.
