Disappointed, the strap broke the first time I pulled it.

It wasn't crowded and my clothes were summery, so pretty light. I have a storage bag that I have had for over 10 years. I drag it all the time and it's never broken. I just dragged it half a meter across the smooth surface. It shouldn't have broken anyway.
