This item arrived on time and my husband loves it! He has quite a thick beard and always complains that it gets tangled. He used beard oil last night before bed and this morning he was glad to know he could run the comb right through him lol. He says the oil smoothes his beard a bit and makes it easier to comb. He also complains that he sometimes throws food down on him and that adding maple syrup to breakfast made it a little easier to get out. It didn't stain his shirt either. The owner of the company personally emailed me to make sure I received it on time and offered to follow it up myself if I didn't lol.
