The support team at HMS are very well trained. They have worked hard to make sure that all of our needs were met during this transition time. Nothing so far! We had some issues when switching over but they handled it quickly and made us feel like we were their top priority. I would highly recommend using them as you will not be disappointed! It was nice having someone who could help me understand everything I needed to do. This allowed me more freedom and less stress than if I had to wait until my husband got home every night before he helped me figure out what I wanted done next.
