Review on 🧵 Swiss Design Sewing Machine - Bernette 33 by Denise Davis

What can I say just parrots what has already been said. This is a "simple" sewing machine. It's not cluttered with fancy embroidery/computer stitching. It has everything you need except a serger if that's what you want. The car is a bit noisy, but it has all the features I grew up with and then a little more. I was looking for a mechanical machine to replace my old Kenmore. I'm used to manually changing the tension of both the feed dog and the bobbin thread to actually get the stitching between the layers of fabric. I can do it on a burnette but not on a juki. I have a fancy Juki that I don't use as often as this one. They are almost the same when it comes to finished seams. Boutonniere on Juki is better. That's why I sometimes use it instead of Burnett. Burnett can do double/triple stitches if you have the right needle and thread, but the bottom of the stitch isn't very attractive, but the same goes for the stitch. Yuki. I have a Brother sewing machine for that. Bottom line: I recommend this machine to those of us who want the quality finish that we use on older mechanical/metal machines.
