The previous reviews of this product were very influential in my purchasing this particular coin counting/wrapping machine which can't be counted on. I first ordered a less expensive machine that looked like it should work but it arrived and I learned that it wasn't capable of handling such a large volume of coins snd it jammed and stopped counting. I stepped up to this machine which isn't what was needed. I had a piggybank with over $2,500 in loose change as well as over $15,000 in paper bills. For almost 35+ years almost everyday and in particular after traveling long distances, I would return and dump everything I had in my pockets and wallet into the Glass Carboy. At first, it was only change, then I decided it looked like it wasn't filling fast enough so I started adding just one dollar bills but then continued on by adding anything I had including a few $100 bills. The coins included $1 coins and 50¢ pieces.This machine appeared to be doing a great job and you must read the manual to make sure you have it set to stop when the correct number of coins have been deposited in the preformed wrappers. This is critical, but it doesn't work all the time, and in fact for the pennies, which is the largest number of coins I had, this machine over counted and sometimes slide pennies into the dime stacks and nickel stacks. Once I released this I was shocked that I had already wrapped and returned to the bank over $700.00 in coins that I wasn't sure if there were pennies in the dimes or nickel wrappers. This typically happened when the pennies overflowed because the counting system wasn't stopping at the right point but I found pennies in both dimes and nickel wrappers all the time and had to go back and unwrap count and find the pennies and put in the number of dimes injected by the system. I did about a 50% check of what was going on at one point and found 3-4 of the nickels stacks contaminated with pennies and the same with dimes. That turned the system into an almost worthless counting/wrapping machine. The quarters were fine. Also the bank teller brought to my attention that there were at least 4 of the dime stacks in the first set I submitted that were short 4 dimes each, another random counting error on part of the machine. While I finished my job with this machine because I wasn't ready to move up to a $2500 quality machine, I just want all the potential purchasers to know of the fault with this machine.Regarding easy of use, I wish they had a way of having two wrappers in line ready to be loaded. It just would have been easier to use if it worked that way. There are so many things that need to be done to this machine from a design standpoint that could make simple improvements. I'm going to ask the company to take the machine back and refund half my money. I wouldn't be comfortable giving this to someone for free.
