I love these pans for cooking on the stove. However, there is an issue with the cookie sheet that I haven't seen. The seller states that these pans are suitable for oven use up to 500°C. However, I baked the pizza on a 425° baking sheet for 12 minutes and when I pulled it out of the oven the baking sheet warped horribly. After cooling, it got a little better, but still noticeably deformed. For what I paid for these pans this is not normal. I bought this set on purpose because it had all the pans I needed and now I have to buy new pans for the oven. I'm afraid to use big pots in the oven now because I don't want to ruin them.
