I'm 6ft tall, 175lbs, athletic build, medium to longer arms and M fits perfectly. Even with the included cold-weather liner, there's still room to slip a pair of thermal shirts underneath. The sleeves are just the right length for me (even if I get to the bar). The size Large would be ridiculously large. Glad to have listened to other reviewers recommend downsizing. Outstanding quality for the price. Note: The mobile phone pocket integrated in the inner shoe is unusually narrow. My medium-sized smartphone is shrinking tightly. So much so that I'll probably put my phone somewhere else.
