I like that it's easy to use, even if you're not familiar or comfortable using Quicken itself; however some of our customers are uncomfortable installing an additional program into their computer system (they already have one).

This can be somewhat off-putting at first but after they realize how useful this tool really does become very beneficial! It makes creating quotes & sending them out much easier than doing so manually in Excel - which would take too long given my work schedule/responsibilities as well as other vendors' timeframes within each project we do together.
