I love that it is easy for my staff members who are not computer savvy, or those with little time available in their day-to-day schedule of work duties/etc., to navigate this program without having any trouble at all! It's also great when we do have questions because they can be answered very quickly through our customer service team (which actually helps me too!).
There really isn't anything about HRP that could use improvement from what i've seen so far. We're using it as part of an overall employee engagement strategy which includes other programs like Employee Resource Groups etc..
