original review (no change) "What am I missing? I was so excited when it arrived. I have a slate floor in the kitchen a little cleaner than before, after steam cleaning it I didn't have to wring the mop but I expected the cleaning to be tougher with bleach for the stains that didn't show up. When I finished, I expected the mop head to be dirty. He was grey, not that dirty. If it picked up the dirt it claimed, wouldn't the mop be dirty? And yet, when I took off my shoes to walk on the freshly washed floor, my socks got dirty.
