Review on FeedbackExpress by Mike Mitchell

I like the ease of use and how easy it is to integrate with other platforms. I dislike the fact that there isn't a lot of customization available for the app itself. It's very basic. I wish you could customize your own templates or have more options for the layout of the app. You can't really customize much about the app itself. It's a great tool for sending out surveys and making sure your customers are happy with your service. It makes life easier for us as we don't have to manually send out surveys anymore!
