I wanted to get up a bit for work (lifting, huh, got it?). I mostly wear the "regular" 7.5, sometimes the 7. I ordered the 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I've just tried them and they seem comfortable. I was concerned that the zipper on the back would rub against the heel and cause irritation, but that doesn't seem to be a problem. Will update after spending a day in them. **EDIT** I've worn them twice this week and I can tell you they're comfortable shoes that you shouldn't have any trouble wearing throughout the day. I worked and ran. Errands with a toddler in tow both days with no sore muscles. My only minor complaint would be that the elastic that goes over my foot was a bit tight. After a day in them, the tightness was certainly noticeable, but not enough to say it was painful or like I had to take them off. I think the elastic should loosen up a bit once I have them.
