It arrived on time and in the right packaging. However, I've had it for at least 4 months now and am getting more and more dissatisfied with it. It will not turn on if not plugged into an outlet. It doesn't matter whether the battery is charged or not. About a month ago, the place where you connect the USB cable/power cable was not working properly. So you have to shake the connection to connect. The cable must be correctly positioned to charge the battery or turn on the tablet. When you want to charge your tablet, you need to put the USB port in the right position to keep it charging. I have a USB connection number and the number that came with the tablet is not working properly. So I have to resort to others. There are no simple instructions on how to use the tablet's functions and what all the applications on it are for. I think some of them won't be needed, but who knows. The $40 model is much better.
