Bought these to make banana snacks. We call them sun dried bananas :) Inspired by a snack called "Barnana" which is very tasty but quite expensive. So my husband and I decided to make our own. Basically, you mix mashed bananas with shredded coconut and spread them on the leaves. I suggest making the layers as thick as the leaves will allow. Our banana snacks were thinner on the sides and slightly crunchy like fries, but thicker and chewy in the middle. I prefer thicker ones. We kept them in the dehydrator all night for about 12 hours, but I'll probably keep an eye on them next time. I think they might have the best texture if I dehydrate them in less than 12 hours. I greased the trays with coconut oil and the banana snacks peeled very easily. The leaves are easy to clean by hand. They are definitely worth the money and I can't wait to try more dehydrated snacks.
