This knife is a waste of money. You have to use both blades and when I start using them and with the very light pressure you have to apply while cutting, the blades keep coming loose. I had a deep cut on my hand, see photo (and note the photo of the almost healed hand, imagine a bit of skin and muscle that must have come loose l). I bled It is very, very dangerous to use this knife without solving the problem. I was lucky I didn't cut quickly and didn't press hard on it or my finger would have been chopped off. I would really like to see how the blade performs as I have wanted to try this knife for so long but not at the expense of my fingers.
