Revain was incredibly quick to respond! I have my second change today. Thank you again Revain. I really appreciate your efforts. However, this has nothing to do with Revain, although this product is just bad and looks awfully cheap, so we're just wasting our money. If it was around $10 I would compromise the quality. The first was just broken and the second had big brown spots. I'll leave my rating at the first rating. Hope this helps you: I just got a replacement. And this time BIG DIRTY STAINS! What a disappointment! The first string was broken and the second didn't move at all. Took me over 30 minutes to try. In the end I realized that he was a slob from the start. The second looks like it's been used forever and has huge burnt dark spots. The product looks like it has been stored for decades. At least Revane reacted immediately after complaining about the first one. A new one was delivered within two days and I was very pleased with their quick response. Revan takes care of us! Well done! However, I am very frustrated and disappointed that even the new replacement was not in perfect condition to be offered to consumers in general. I've never encountered anything like this. I have used Brabantia products for countless years and have always been completely satisfied with them. In fact, I'm one of their regular customers. They used to symbolize "QUALITY". However, the product itself leaves a lot to be desired. The material is very thin and looks cheap. BUT it is about goodwill and sincerity. They represent the whole company, which is more important than its quality. It cost me a lot of time, money and most importantly huge disappointments after delivering twice in a row. Time is money and we cannot buy time. But after all the bad experiences now, thank you very much for your efforts dear Revane!
