I like how easy it was to set up, you can see where your customers are going when they click through from different devices or sources (like social media).

You also get recommendations of what content will be most effective at converting those visitors into leads/customers with our marketing team! The only thing which we dislike about this product so far has been some bugs in certain areas around reporting & statistics not updating correctly - but these have since then fixed by their support staff very quickly upon contact via email- however still wish there were more reports available as opposed to just being limited within one report type i think? We're able to track traffic coming direct vs indirect source etc using insighteche tools.- This helps us understand who's visiting my site directly / indirectly whether its organic search results OR paid advert campaigns etsetc.. Our sales people use stats generated here.
