Review on 🚰 Linden Champagne Pivoting CZ Faucet 79450 by Dang Esq

I bought a rotating toilet roll holder in 2017 and it was installed by a plumber during a renovation. One end is now loose and requires a hex wrench to tighten. Achieving what should be an easy task is a nightmare. For starters I didn't have anything that indicated the size of the key required (5/64, I hope that's correct) but after searching several sites on the internet I found it. Then you should be able to blindly find the screw and hopefully operate the wrench. I spent an hour tightening one side of the retainer and now I've given up. It's like trying to thread a needle in the dark while standing upside down. I can't recommend this mount for this reason, although I like the swing arm idea. Delta has always made great products that I love and their customer service is very good, but they seriously need to redesign this holder to make it one that the average person can at least do a basic repair.
