For $300 I thought I was getting cook quality. I feel like I should have just gone with the cheaper $100 set. Benefits: You get a lot of pots, pans and baking dishes with the set. The biscuit/pan is heavier than you think and is actually very good. Cons: - Scratched the electric stove in my new one, never lived in an apartment! - The handles of the large "pasta" pot are getting hot. You will need potholders or a towel to drain the water. The handles of the remaining pans are open. This means when you put it in the dishwasher you have to turn the pan upside down to allow the water to drain off the handles. The color is NOT the same as in the photos. It is not bright and not coppery. Price Overall, I cannot recommend these pots and pans.
