Wonderful For Making Cauliflower Pizza Crust

I love to make cauliflower crust pizza. I don't much like grating the cauliflower because it's kind of tedious. This pastry blender quickly minces up the cauliflower to the point I can finish the cauliflower in my blender. It really helps me make the pizza crust fast and no scraping my knuckles on the cheese grater! I am typing this right now as my crust is in the oven for 15 minutes.
