Review on 🚲 Schwinn Jasmine Girls Bike 16-Inch with Training Wheels - Available in Various Colors by Zachary Benjamin

We bought this bike for my 5 year old. She loves it! I asked my local bike shop to check the fitment and tighten loose connections and they showed me that the brake pads for the front wheels were very badly worn. You can see from the photos that they don't hold the wheel when the handbrake is on. We have only rented the bike 2 times since it was built (it was too hot in Tennessee this summer) as can be seen from the very little tire wear. I was surprised I used brake pads as the bike was brand new and in a sealed box! I couldn't find where to write/call the company to request replacement parts so hopefully this can be fixed. Be sure to check all parts for wear before accepting this bike - we missed the return window.
