I am 5'6" and 150 pounds - I bought an XL because I can live with it being a tad big (which it is just a little) than too small. I'm not sure if a L would have fit just right, or not. Even though it's white, it has a slight blue tint to it which means the quality isn't great. It's comparable to a Forever21 bodysuit or tank. This will be fine for me because I'm wearing it under jean overalls. Haven't washed it yet but if it falls apart on me, I'll update review.
