Just received the item and it looks great. It's very easy. My only issue/complaint is that it should have a laptop/tablet strap. Apart from that it looks great. In fact, it looks smaller than the picture, which suits me very well. I didn't like the bulkier options available. As for durability, time will tell. But for $86 you can't expect Ghurka or Tumi quality. I will dare, because the look and feel of the materials have convinced me that I made the right choice with a work backpack. It is stylish and different from the usual bulky ones. 👎🏾 I give 5 stars.
