Review on ALTRA Paradigm Men's Road Running Shoe by Eric Rodriguez

I'm a little disappointed that I thought it was New Balance that was recommended to me. took them for walks on the paths, thereby depriving me of the opportunity to give them back. I was disappointed that they were too small and didn't give me the pain free walking I expected. But since my optimism prevented me from returning them, I tried playing around with them to see if some adjustments could help them fit better. I made two mods that make them tolerable and they mostly work now but for such a big investment I was expecting a much better shoe. It does NOT lift the heel, which is good. The lining is not that comfortable. While the toe is wider than most shoes, it's still too narrow. If I could return them - I would, but I'm working.
