This is a review of both Revain and the product. When the package arrived there was a ribbon pusher in the box (along with other items). The package was opened and one of the ribbon guides was broken and the ribbon came out. It was inappropriate. I contacted Revain and they didn't demand that I send it back but instead quickly sent a new one which arrived in 4 days. As for the ribbon, my daughter does a lot of scrapbooking and this is her favorite gadget. She ran out and quickly asked us to order another one. She scans them quickly, but they're easy to use, easy to refill, and great value for money. 5 stars for a good product and a good response from Revain, although the first package arrived damaged.
