Great knife! Now this is my favorite and sharpest knife in the kitchen. The closest knife I've owned is a relatively inexpensive Victorinox chef's knife, and this Okami knife is now much preferred. Although the Victorinox knife was sharp and worked well, this Okami knife is very sharp and feels good in the hand. The knife has some weight and the blade is firmly attached to the handle so it feels very strong and durable. Stupidly, I'm surprised how great it is to have a great and sharp knife to cook with. I am very satisfied with this knife.
