Great interface and features, just wish it worked better
The ability for teachers to see what their students are doing at each step along with being able to send files directly into class via email was very helpful when my school switched over from Blackboard 8 years ago (which I hated). If they could have made some slight changes like making sure student work would download correctly before submitting we may still use this product but not as heavily since there were other products out then which offered similar functionality without all of those issues. Our schools moved away because our department had too many different systems/programming languages used by people who didn't understand them well enough themselves nor how best to train new hires around these programs.

Pros
- Great visuals it's easy if you've ever done an online course or taken notes in lecture, etc.to follow where your child is going visually within that platform.
- It also has nice feedback tools suchas "feedback" buttons so parents can indicate whether something worked okay during testing time
- They offer free trial period..a lot better than most others do now days! You get access until after first semester ends though instead
