NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED!

This is actually only a CD-RW drive, not a DVD-ROM drive as advertised. Don't buy it if you plan to play DVDs as it won't work. That's how I experienced it and had to send it back. This is too loud and expensive for a normal CD-RW. I would recommend getting a DVD burner for $10 more to be safe for the future.
