This software is very helpful, specially when you have more than one agent working together it is almost impossible to do things manually or only with simple procedures in mind so having this program in place we are no longer worried about these things ever again. sometimes i might want to close the window and my system stops responding but its usually the system freezing up instead of shutting down the process altogether. this should be made so you can actually shut down the computer without having all kinds of interruptions happening in the process. If someone were to ask me what I like best most from this program its definitely the reminders. they come at times that makes sense and even if people try to ignore them that's ok its better then nothing, they're also easy to setup and it has a great user-friendly interface and they're easy to customize. I've realized how important productivity is, as well as being able to work effectively and have more time on other tasks with more quality and efficiency. I highly recommend you take advantage of this amazing program before you go too far behind. It's made a lot easier to get all our things managed, everything synced I like how easy it is to use, even if you are new at using this software. It's very user friendly. You don't have to be an expert in order to get started with it. There really isn't anything bad about it as long as you know what your doing. If you're looking for something cheap but reliable then look no further! We've been able to automate repetitive tasks that we used to do manually which has saved us time and money.
