Great for the "regular man in the house"; small fence repairs, gardening, sporting use, etc. If you're into "honey business" then this tape measure is great. Great product at a great price. If you are a general contractor or intend to use it for a contractor or industry, you may want to upgrade to a tape measure with a more durable case.
