Very brittle when reversing.

Great for the first 6 weeks but recently I tried to flip it and the screw holding the band broke and now I can't use the band; it has become unusable as 1/2 of the screws are broken beyond repair. I tried to pull the screw out but it got stuck in the rear clamping part.
